Why this blog?

  • a need to see HR mature from a mechanistic approach to something more organic and connected with a changing world and one that can begin to address and solve REAL problems;
  • to include the most crucial element of all in HR: the people
  • a small effort to lift the lid on banality, basal and criminally boring banter about a topic that should be stimulating and exciting (and isn’t);
  • providing food for thought, nourishment for the heart and sustenance for the soul.
